Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. She began her career on the soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting the primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career in daytime soaps. From 1995 until 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. Then in 1999 she joined the cast of the CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her film debut in films with a minor character in Girl 6. She then was seen in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the following year. Navedo as Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC drama series Law & Order from 2001 to 2004. He later appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been seen in films such as El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo played recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. Navedo was a part of the comedic film Superfast! which was a parody of The Fast and the Furious movie series that debuted in the year 2015. Navedo's professional journey started with soap operas that aired on daytime television. From 1995 to 1997 she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. She joined the CBS soap opera Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut on film, playing a character on the film Girl 6. She later made an appearance as a guest for New York Undercover (1996) as well as The District. Navedo made an appearance as a character in Double Take (2001), an action comedy.
